How to request deletion

Email us from the address connected to your Thalanis account and use the subject line "Delete my Thalanis account".

Include the email address on your account and any public wallet address you connected, if relevant. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or one-time codes.

Data covered

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including profile information, saved preferences, watchlists, notes, app-created alerts, and support records where deletion is not legally restricted.

We cannot delete public blockchain records, public prediction-market activity, records held by third-party services, or information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may remain in backups or security logs for a limited period before being overwritten according to our retention practices.
