If your subscription or purchase was made through Apple, Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refund requests. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For technical issues with paid features, contact Thalanis support and include the product or feature affected.

Thalanis support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. If someone asks for those details while claiming to represent Thalanis, do not share them.
