Terms of Use.
These terms govern your access to Thalanis, including the mobile app, website, alerts, analytics, and related services.
Agreement
Using Thalanis
By using Thalanis, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you download Thalanis from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless we provide a separate license in App Store Connect.
Eligibility
Your responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. You are responsible for making sure your use of prediction markets, trading tools, wallets, and related services is lawful where you live or access the app.
You may not use Thalanis if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, sanctions rules, platform rules, or third-party market terms.
Trading
No financial advice
Thalanis provides software tools, market views, alerts, workflow features, and analytics. Thalanis does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, orders, wallets, private keys, gains, losses, and tax obligations.
Prediction markets and digital assets can be volatile and may result in loss. Automated or rule-based features, including stop-loss and take-profit tools, may fail, trigger late, or behave differently than expected due to market conditions, data delays, outages, liquidity, third-party APIs, or user settings.
Service
Availability
We work to keep Thalanis reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact market data, execution, alert delivery, or compatibility with every device, wallet, exchange, market, or third-party service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Thalanis is not affiliated with Polymarket. Third-party services have their own terms, rules, fees, restrictions, and availability.
Accounts
Account security
You are responsible for your account credentials, connected wallets, device security, and all activity under your account. Do not share seed phrases, private keys, one-time codes, or passwords with Thalanis. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
Purchases
Subscriptions and payments
If Thalanis offers paid features, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, subscription, refund, and cancellation rules. You can manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Conduct
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Thalanis, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, scrape or overload systems, bypass access controls, violate third-party rights, use the service for illegal activity, or attempt to manipulate markets or platform rules.
Limits
Disclaimers
Thalanis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalanis Technologies Inc. disclaims warranties and will not be liable for lost profits, trading losses, data loss, indirect damages, or damages caused by third-party services, market conditions, user settings, or unauthorized account access.
