This policy explains what Thalanis collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the Thalanis app and website.
Scope
Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to Thalanis, the Thalanis mobile apps, and thalanis.com. Thalanis is a trading terminal and workflow tool for prediction-market users. Thalanis is not affiliated with Polymarket and does not take custody of your funds.
Data
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and support messages.
- Wallet and market information you choose to connect or create in the app, including public wallet addresses, watched markets, notes, alerts, simulated or submitted order settings, stop-loss settings, take-profit settings, and portfolio views.
- Usage and device information, such as app events, diagnostics, crash logs, device type, operating system, approximate region, IP address, and basic analytics.
- Payment and subscription status when purchases are made through Apple or another app store. We do not receive your full card number from Apple.
Use
How we use information
We use information to provide the app, sync your preferences, deliver alerts, display market and position views, process support requests, improve reliability, detect abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important product or policy updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private keys, and you should never send private keys or seed phrases to Thalanis support.
Sharing
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Thalanis, including hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, messaging, crash reporting, and payment infrastructure. We may also share information when required by law, to protect users or our service, during a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
Some prediction-market and blockchain activity may be public by design. Public wallet addresses and public market activity can be visible to third parties independent of Thalanis.
Control
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You can also request account deletion through our account deletion page.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Some records may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.
Children
Age limits
Thalanis is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the app.
